Belinda Granger won Lake Placid Ironman on Sunday - the pro women's key race for the season. She swam 54, cycled 5:14 and ran 3:24 for 9:40 overall.
Charlotte Paul had the third fastest bike split, and finished 6th overall in 10.09.
