Saturday - 6:00am York rd gates
100-120k - Waterfall (stop at Servo for quick stop) hit starts here- down into the NP - turn right - follow the road and turn right at the Helensburgh roundabout back to Sutho servo stop hit and re-group. Return to CP moderate tempo pace.
If you need to go longer - turn left at the roundabout - check your K's. Either return via the Highway or back via Otford and climb out via Waterfall.

80-90K Easy Kurnell/Cronulla/Sutherland - home to CP
