Heading Overseas

as u all know i,ll be going os tommorow so a quick goodbye and to say pleeeease train safely...that means always calling out holes etc on the bike...always communicating and most importantly NOT GOING HARD ON EASY SESSIONS.this happens everytime i go away so please think about this if you are one of the offenders....easy means easy which is 30 average max

as mentioned before lisa damo and dingo will look after things...maybe have seperate days but they will advise u of this...please always email me if u have any issues, try to discuss any probs with one of these leaders

the group leader of the day must take responsibilty of the group so please nominate fast and slow group if need be with a sub leader to be in charge and make sure all is ok.,,OUR ROADS ARE NOT SAFE SO BE CAREFULL

for training days well say every w end is the same for rides that is

sat 6 am yourk rd gates
sun 6:30 am york rd gates
weekdays as usual 5:45 am

if u have runs off bike then do that
if theres club run races sat arvo look on brat site or coolrunning to check details
if theres calga tt meet there at 7 am for warm up

remember i,m still with u daily on this email address so dont be shy to email.....especially training completed or any niggles.

tommorow track will be at 6:30 am at grass oval if doing it but i strongly recommend doing the sat arvo brats v randwick botany run race,a great venue and course on grass.

any q,s let me know

i,ll be in touch !!

regards
jh
