Newcastle Olympic

This is the first Olympic Distance race to be held in Newcastle. We are expecting a huge roll up from the large membership of Hunter Triathlon clubs and this event is also Race 2 of the 2006/07 Australian Triathlon Series, which means it is an official qualifier for the 2007 World Age Group Olympic Distance Championships.

This race will be held in Newcastle on Sunday 26 November 2006. The course is arguably one of the most scenic and exciting city based triathlon courses in Australia and will take in the Newcastle Harbour, Foreshore, Honeysuckle Precinct , Beaches and King Edward.
