Up to 50mm of rain has soaked parts of Sydney as a three-day weather front moves through coastal areas and the central tablelands of NSW.
Most of the storms are currently over the the Hunter region, but the Bureau of Meteorology says they will move south, dumping up to 100mm of rain in some areas.
"Sunday will clear up, but tomorrow and Saturday are going to be quite wet and windy across Sydney," bureau weather services manager Deryn Griffiths said.http://www.smh.com.au/news/national/sydney-soaked-by-rain-more-to-come/2007/06/07/1181089194435.html
