M-Dot Malaysia

Malaysia Ironman is on Saturday February 24th. Amanda is either enroute or has just arrived on the island of Langkawi. I arrive Monday morning. There should be some coverage on ironmanlive though last year it was a bit sporadic.

Thanks for helping me with my preparations during these past two months. I'm really looking forward to the race.

During my absence, the blog will fall somewhat silent though I do plan to check email at least once a day and may post an item or two.
