Radcliffe and High Five

Paula has a porridge and High5 Energy Bar breakfast and sips lots of Isotonic or water the day before. She used to love Hydro Source and once drank 12 litres in one day!

She eats another energy bar one hour before the run and sips water/Isotonic/Energy Source and/or an amino acid mix throughout the race.
