Sat bike 6 am york rd gates
Heading for waterfall….Shorter people doing nat park via auderley up waterfall hill…longer going straight at waterfall towards bulli and return
Some have run after …sun run people can do there run sat as an option if not too smashed

Sun bike 6:15 am york rd gates
Easy bike to kurnell
Some have run after(see above)

Swim options
Sat swim to be booked with damo at hefron..or turn up at uni nsw 2pm
Sun swim ollie is doing a 2pm at clovelly
