Three Ironman Pending

This weekend there are two (2) Ironmans being raced around the world and 3 of our group racing in them.

Firstly Lisa and Grace are racing in Ironman Korea on Sunday morning, and then only a few hours later our Canadian mate Aaron (who has been training at some ridiculous hours in the mornings - I've seen him!) will be starting his first Ironman in Penticton, Canada.

Aaron, enjoy the experience and those spas on the finish line. Make sure you enter for next year as Gina and I are entering on Sunday night. Those that are interested in IMC and want to race next year, entry closes the Monday after the race (so Next Monday). Gina and I have started entry preparations already and if your intersted call me as you have to be very very very very very quick to get a spot. It is a great race.
