Malabar is the 1st beach after Maroubra, heading south. Turn LEFT off Anzac Parade at Cromwell Place, right into Franklin St & LEFT into Dacre St.

· 2.30pm start for run- entries close 2.15
· 3.30pm 1km swim start- entries close 3.15
· 4pm 2km swim start- entries close 3.45
· $15 entry for each race or $20 for both
