We went for our final bike ride this morning, 15k out and 15k back. A bit of a headwind on the way back into town helped keep us cool.

We both are feeling strong and ready.

A lot more athletes arrived today including Charlotte and Steve Firth as well as Jason Shortis. The hotel is crowded with fit looking people.
