After the 33km hike from Lake Ada to the Walls of Jerusalem and a short mountain bike stage, the teams took to the Mersey River for a white water rafting show down.

While Cracknell and McKay have the pedigree on the water, it was the women in the field who came out on top. The all-female Cadbury team, lead by Ironwoman and Personal Trainer, Grace McClure, surprised everyone by clocking the fastest time for the white water stage.

McClure said; “The rafting was awesome and spectacular. The four of us pulled out all the stops. I can’t believe we beat Cracknell and McKay – go the girls!”
