John's in Busselton till Monday.. so training this weekend is;

Saturday
6:00am
90-100k Easy Waterfall and return stopping at Sutho Servo on return

12:30 BRAT Expo at Heffron Park
1:30 BRAT Race - come and watch Dingo battle it out (guaranteed this is more competitive than any other race)

Sunday
6:15am
120k Easy out past airport tunnel - hit starts after first set of lights after tunnel. Out to Kurnell 2 loops of Kurnell (turn before rough bit and include Caltex loop).
re-Group at usual servo - head home easy.

Go home and follow Busso..
