The first round of the TriNSW Sydney Triathlon Series - Kurnell is now just two weeks away - as triathlon returns once more to its Sydney roots on Sunday 26th November in the 'shire'.
Further north the second round of the Australian Triathlon Series also happens on November 26th, in downtown Newcastle. An official qualifier for the 2007 World Champs, the race is already attracting a gun field of age groupers.
The Olympic course will cover the usual 1500m, 40km and 10km but this time the course highlights Newcastle's favourite beach, Nobby's starting at Lee Wharf and taking in some famous Newcastle icons as it swims, rides and runs to the finish...
